•What we'll do:
Join us in sacred space. If you are seeking physical, emotional, and mental well-being and rejuvenation, we invite you to join our healing activities that occur in a safe, loving, and supportive environment.

We begin the evening with a quick round of stretching exercises to facilitate energy flow. After that, we welcome everyone to join in a guided meditation (about 15 minutes in duration), followed by an introductory personalized Pranic Healing session for each person who is interested (typical duration is from 15-20 minutes.)

The healing sessions are pro-bono (no cost), and our trained Pranic Healers offer these healing sessions as a service to the community. In the spirit of abundance exchange, we do welcome donations to serve as gratitude for the healings that are received.

Come Join Dr. Alexia Rodriguez, DC in our new cozy home. We are now Nestled right inside the Austin Birth Company.

This is a beautiful safe space for us to Learn energetic hygiene techniques that if left unclean can stress our emotions, overwhelm the mind, and even cause physical pain. Learn the power of purification, meditation and how to maintain clean energetic hygiene.

Please bring water 💧 & an open mind. Along with a list of personal intentions to be released and healed.

We will start out with brief introductory about Pranic Healings and the founder grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, followed by pre meditation stretching exercises, then a guided abridged Twin Hearts ❤️ mediation by Master Stephen Co, followed by another set of post meditation exercise.

This monthly workshop is love donation based, allowing Everyone to feel welcomed and most of all supported.
