Hello from the Austin CTO Club!
We bring together senior technology leaders in a sales-free environment to share insights, experiences, and perspectives on issues they face. Participants offer and receive guidance, connect with others with similarly broad responsibilities, and raise their skills to new heights. Join us to take advantage of our growing network of peers!
We meet in person in Austin Texas, and run a simple lean coffee discussion. Attendees control the agenda by suggesting and prioritizing topics for discussion, and exchanging ideas with others who share the same interest. Bring your topics to the meeting or share them ahead of time to inspire others to attend.
Event attendance is limited to those in senior technical leadership roles. Our attendance criteria are:
- Senior technical role (exact title may depend on org size)
- Manages a team
- Experience in hiring and firing
- Role includes a client-facing aspect

The Club and its events focus on those in senior technical roles. Membership is for senior technology leaders who meet these criteria:
- Hold a senior technical leadership position (title may vary by organization size)
- Manage a team of technical professionals
- Have experience with personnel decisions including hiring and termination
