About Us:
The Atlanta Fly Fishing Meetup Group (AFFMG) was founded September, 2007. It is a social group for fly fishing enthusiasts-a place where new fly fishers can feel comfortable learning amongst friends and can benefit from some of GA’s most experienced trout bums. Rene Hesse is a Certified Fly Casting Instructor with Fly Fishers International and is the lead in the casting education and events.
Group membership is very diverse, with a wide variety of fly fishing experience. Skill level ranges from FFI Certified Fly Fishing Instructors to beginners…
