The Spring has Sprung Hike!
Join us for a North Fulton hike at Vickery Creek Park, which is part of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area.
We will do about a 3 mile hike on this moderate difficulty trail. There are roots and rocks to step over, some stairs and medium grade hills. The park is dog friendly with a leash.
We will meet in the entrance to the covered bridge. I will be there wearing my red shirt to help you find the meet up.
Find it by using the address of the Mill Club:
85 Mill St. Roswell, GA 30075
There is some good parking at the park entrance and extra just up the hill closer to the square. This area is easy to access, as it is right where GA120 meets GA 9 at the Square in Roswell.
Note: For those interested in history, the Historic homes of Roswell's Town square are just across from the lot. This could make for an interesting excursion after the hike, if you just cant get enough of wandering :) Roswell also has a wide selection of eateries for anyone who would like to hang out for lunch after the hike.
