eBicycles are awesome! The Atlanta eBikers Group celebrates everything about ebikes. From city and delivery ebikes to fat tire and mountain bike ebikes.
A great to get around a city and explore natural areas. You can ride your ebike anywhere a regular bicycle can. Just like a regular bicycle, an ebike is not allowed on sidewalks. For dirt trails, the owner of the land makes the decision to allow ebikes.
In Georgia, an electric assisted bicycle is defined a a bicycle with usable pedals, less than 1,000w motor and a maximum speed of 20mph. They do not need to be registered or insured.
