Haw Creek Overlook (Scenic View)

Join us on this 4.8-mile out-and-back trail near Asheville, North Carolina. The Mountains-to-Sea Trail heads north through a beautiful forest to an area just above the Haw Creek Valley Overlook.

Highlights include stunning views and a mostly cleared path post-storm. You will get to walk a path cut straight through some downed trees.

Recommended: Hydration, snacks, positive vibes. It's mostly shaded on the way but UV protection is still recommended. We will take a picnic break and soak in the view before heading back.

Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash. We will meet up at the Folk Art Center (mile marker 382 on the Blue Ridge Parkway).
