### Friday Dance Dose

A freeform dance embodiment practice—sometimes called "ecstatic dance"—though all states of being are welcome (not just ecstasy). Come as you are, with your truth. Through the wisdom of our bodies, we process reality for ourselves and the collective.

Each session features an intuitively curated mix of music, selected by our facilitators—something fresh and different every time. We come together, immersing ourselves in the medicine of dance, feeling alive, and allowing movement to unfold naturally. This practice creates a powerful, transformative space with ripples beyond the dance floor.

How to Dance:

• Move however your body is called to—there are no steps to follow, no "right" way to dance.
• You may feel stillness at times or wild expression at others.
• Dance solo or with others, stay in one spot, or move freely around the room.
• Whether you resonate with the music or feel resistance, you're invited to move with whatever arises.
• Verbal cues from facilitators are suggestions only—you are your ultimate authority.

### Guidelines for the Space:

To honor the container of this practice, please:

• Arrive on time.
• Bring curiosity, mindfulness, comfortable clothing, and water.
• Respect the sanctity of the space—no romantic or sexual advances. Consent is required for physical contact.
• Dance barefoot (dance shoes allowed for support, but no shoes on the dance floor that are used outdoors).
• No chatting on the dance floor.
• No heavy scents/perfumes
• No photos/videos inside the dance room; phones off.
• No alcohol or drug use. This is a sober space.
• Ages 18+ welcome.
• LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC inclusive and affirming.

Sunday Dance is an ongoing moving-meditation- conscious-embodied-dance-experience.

Our sessions begin with carefully curated music and skilled guidance to allow a safe space for focusing awareness inward in order to express our dance outward. The music shifts and changes in tempo and style during the session to support the discovery and release process. We conclude with a grounding closing circle. The full experience is 90 minutes in the studio, the benefits are lasting.

This a fun, revealing practice that can benefit anyone willing to try it.

Sunday Dance New Pricing Scale
We are a growing, evolving community.
Due to the increased costs of keeping this weekly practice
alive we are experimenting with new pricing systems.

The first Sunday of the month Sunday Dance
will be sliding scale 10.00 - 30.00.

All other weeks will be a 20.00 - 30.00 sliding scale:

Our vision is that we can continue to offer our inspirational weekly sessions without raising class fees across the board.

This new pricing experiment will continue through July 2025.
If we have adequate support from our community we can make 10.00 First Sundays a permanent thing!
