Alamo Python is teaming up with AITX to bring you a talk and interactive demo that cuts through the AI noise. Christian Reetz, AI Engineer and Organizer of AITX, will walk through the foundations of building intelligent systems, focusing on the underlying building blocks of AI agents with pure Python (no magic libraries or frameworks).

We’ll cover:
- Building AI agents at various levels
- How to leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Live demo of agents in action (if the LLMs cooperate 🤖)

Whether you’re an AI hobbyist, a backend dev, or someone trying to cut through the hype, this talk will help ground your understanding in the “why” and “how” behind the tools.
