
What we’re about
The purpose of the group is to unite and support those with agoraphobia, and work together towards improving their quality of life.
In our events, you can expect:
- Check ins.
- We will share tips with each other to help improve our current boundaries.
- We will share success stories and support each other in meeting incremental goals. - We will stay connected on day to day basis via a group chat on a third party app (to be determined as group progresses).
- We may do meditation techniques, and breathing exercises as a group (live meet ups)
- Attendees can bring support person to the meeting
We will start with virtual meet ups, and work our way towards live meet up.
Note: We do not have a licensed therapist in our meet up.
