Mam Tor Guided Group Walk Peak District by Adventure Solos

Mam Tor is a Peak District classic - on this particular route we show you what's arguably the best ridgeline in Derbyshire!
The ridge is a nice wide path, making it suitable for those with a fear of heights, and there are great views of the surrounding countryside.

Mam Tor, meaning 'mother hill', is a 517m high hill. The route we follow is 9 miles (14km) and takes around 5.5 hours.

We walk at a steady pace for this hike, but you should have a moderate level of fitness to allow you to complete the walk and ascent.
