Do you like playing Scrabble (or other word games/puzzles)?

WHO ARE WE?
- We are a very friendly, social, and welcoming group. We're here to play Scrabble, but it's a great social atmosphere here.
- This is a very active group, with around 20 attendees each time.
- Players are about ⅔ women, ⅓ men. Most players are 40's to 60's.
- We play at a beautiful private venue in Wayville. This is a safe, comfortable place, and you'll be made to feel welcome.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU COME ALONG?
- I'll find you a player to play against, and you can begin. It's not a tournament, or anything formal. We're just playing Scrabble.
- This group has a good range of competent newer players, for you to play against. You won't be playing against experts.
- There's nothing you need to know or do beforehand. Stay for as many games as you like.
- There's no cost or commitment, and everything is provided. Just join us one evening, and see if you like it.
DO I NEED TO BE GOOD AT SCRABBLE?
- You don't need to be good at Scrabble, to join us. However, you need to be capable of actually making words. Not everyone can find a word in their letters, and put it on the board. If you've played any Scrabble or other word games or puzzles, you'll be fine.
- If you want to be sure, here's a test: can you unscramble three of the following eight scrambled words, within a few minutes? If you can, this will be a good group for you.
