Mt Washington Winter day hike 2.0

STRONG, experienced and prepared hikers, ONLY.
Note: due to overwhelming demand...
V2.0 is 1 day pass astronomical winter 3/20, 3 weeks after meteorological winter 2/28. So it’s a cake walk lol
You agree to follow my commands for this hike....no debate, please.
Meet Start: Pinkham Notch Trailhead
Time: 7 AM
Distance: 8.2 miles round trip
Elevation gain: 4250 ft
Route: Winter Lion Head
GPS route coming
REQUIRED GEARS:
Crampons (if you never wore crampons in winter hikes bring a good pair of MICROspikes as well...Hillsound trail). Mountaineering snowshoes might be a very good choice too.
Ski goggles (2nd pair helpful for condensation freeze) - clear or yellow
Headlamps, extra batteries
Winter gaiters
GPS and/or map/compass
Extra battery or charger for phone/gps
Ice axe
Winter gloves with lash
Face mask
Boots (insulated and/or plastic winter mountaineering)
Layers for 35F / -35F temp. KEEP WARM hands/feet too!
2L+ water and extra food
NO cottons please.

WARNING: Mt Washington has “The Worst Weather in the World.” Many died from exhaustion and exposure in winter climb.
All will be on a waitlist. Event cancels upon poor weather...then reschedule.
