See allWe are back with a speaker session - this time at the new Cloudflare NYC office on the 88th floor of the iconic 1 World Trade Center building!
We hope you can join us for an informative talk, amazing views, and a good Web Performance community gathering!
About the talk:
7 Levels of a Web Performance Journey
The path to understanding the data around Web Performance, its value and business decisions surrounding this topic can be long. It is hard to see the whole journey when you and your organization are at any particular step, but it can be helpful to understand where to go next.
Eric Goldstein, Sergey Chernyshev and Alexander Chernyshev joined forces to describe and visualize this path to help make it more understandable and give you directions for your trip through various levels of this complex game.
Eric Goldstein is a web, hardware, and infrastructure performance enthusiast. Principal Engineer at Babbel in NYC. Trying to become a better open-source citizen.
Sergey Chernyshev is a web technologist with passion for web performance and open source. He is a Web Performance Engineer on Speed team at Cloudflare. Sergey is also Google Developer Expert in Web Technologies, specializing in Web Performance.
Alexander Chernyshev is a Web developer, Artist, Designer, and Animator. With a strong foundation in freelance work, he is currently seeking a full-time position where he can contribute to a collaborative team.
We will have food and drinks and as always, we are going to have geekaways with geeky prizes provided by our sponsors.
Agenda:
6:00PM - Arrive at the venue, meet other members
6:15PM - Event starts
6:30PM - 7 Levels of Web Performance Journey
