Executive-In-Residence for Product at London based VC firm Balderton Capital, Thor provides coaching and advisory support on product management to Balderton’s portfolio companies such as Beauty Pie. Cleo, Photoroom, and Carwow.

Thor began his career as an engineer at Sun Microsystems before joining Google in 2006, and moving into Product Management a few years later. He has since built and led Product teams at early, growth, and scaled technology companies in Europe, the US, and Australia, including 3 years as CPO at Crowdcube, and 4 years as a VP of Product at Miro.
