PI Planning with Solution Trains

DETAILS: Plannings are the lifeblood of each Agile Release Train. Among others, PI Plannings define the cadence, create alignment on vision and mission and create tribal unity. Is something like that even possible in Solution Trains with several hundred people collaborating across different ARTs? Over the course of several years and even more transformations, we created a pattern called Planning Conferences that brings the benefits of PI Plannings to Solution Trains. In this Meetup, we will show you how to set up Planning Conferences and how to connect them with Pre- & Post-PI-Plannings and the PI Plannings of the ARTs.

FORMAT: Approximately 20 minutes of thought leadership presentation by invited guests (using Zoom) followed by ~30 minutes of open discussion and networking (using Gather). The intent is to share learnings, collaborate, network, and facilitate focused discussions.
