We're finally reaching a point where fat is no longer the villain. Where people learn to ditch the carbage, live on fat and change their lives! Bring a friend and get in free (or come alone, it'll still be free =).
The first rule of Keto may be "don't talk about keto!" but you can ignore that here. Come hang out with friends: you won't have to explain "your weird diet", nobody will judge you for not eating bread, and people won't think it's the end of the world if you want to put heavy cream on and in everything!
We'll be sharing recipes, food, tips, tricks and more. We have no problem whatsoever talking about awesome keto products that we use and love, and you can feel free to do the same. The only exception to that is products marketed via Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), those guys have their own meetups where you can "hear a fantastic business opportunity" if that's your style.

Utah screening of "The Cholesterol Code" Documentary with Dave Feldman
Jordan Commons, 9350 South 150 East, Sandy, ut, USLong time! We are hosting a screening of Dave Feldman's new documentary - Dave has said he will be coming to be here in Utah for the screening! (turns out the guy will do ANYTHING for a bunless "Utah Burger" =) All of the ticket sales go to pay for the venue and as a fund raiser for Dave's non-profit that has been running the study.
