Speaker: Renata Zacarias, Director of Product Growth at Manychat
The first months in a product leadership role can feel like a paradox: you're expected to make meaningful decisions before you've built deep context or earned organizational trust. While new leaders are often advised to "listen and learn" for an entire quarter, that approach rarely works in fast-moving companies.
In this session, Renata will share a practical, repeatable playbook for becoming effective much earlier—forming informed opinions, creating value, and building credibility without disrupting what's already working. Drawing on her experiences leading product at Miro, VEED, and now Manychat, she'll share lessons from multiple leadership transitions, including insights from her current role just months into the journey.
- Leading PMs in an AI-Pilled Teams
Speaker: Nik Tkachev, Head of Product at Jetbrains
Nik will show how product management and PM work are changing as entire organizations adopt AI agents and begin using them as their primary interface. We’ll explore how to understand what is going on, which interfaces agents require, and how to avoid the uncontrolled spread of AI slop.
Nik is Head of Product for Air at JetBrains, where his team is exploring how agentic development is reshaping the way software teams work—moving from writing code with AI assistance to delegating meaningful parts of the development process to coding agents. Before joining JetBrains, he worked on various machine-learning products in the pre-AI era at AliExpress, Yandex, and Microsoft.
