Daniela is a Partner at the London boutique consultancy Matters2 where she is supporting startups and SMEs with early-stage corporate finance, business structure, valuations, M&A, and fundraising setup(sector agnostic).
She is also working with the startups of the European bank for Reconstruction & development (EBRD)’s startup accelerator, an advisor at Holt Xchange, a Canadian Fintech fund, and part-time lecturer at Hult International Business School’s Entrepreneurship course.

They have worked on several outstanding projects including the flagship store of Lavazza UK, Roberto Cavalli at New Bond Street, Luca Falconi in Chelsea, art hotels, private penthouses, flats, and many more. They regularly host art exhibitions in their art gallery.

We will have access to a reserved area of BeaufortHouse/Alberts Club in Chelsea. Beaufort House’s home-from-home atmosphere is everything you could possibly want from a private members club.
