2 ways to participate in LRCH
All music genres are welcome. Please message the organizer with the pieces of music you'd like to perform (TITLE/COMPOSER/LENGTH), and whether you're bringing a guest before May 18th. Aside from your musical instruments (we have a C. Bechstein Concert 8), you don't need to bring or contribute anything.
Feel free to plug your concerts/events, promote your lessons/services or sell your albums/music at our event.
- As members of the audience
You need to RSVP on the website yourself, which opens on May 18th at 8 pm, one week before the concert. Due to very limited spots you can't bring friends, but they are welcome to RSVP for themselves.
Please either bring some beverage or wine to share with everyone, or chip in 2 Euros to help the organizer cover the monthly running expenses. Please don't bring food.
Important information for everyone
- LRCH will open its doors at 7:30 pm, please make sure you arrive before the concert starts (8:00 pm), after which the intercom and my phone will be switched off.
- Please take off your shoes and leave them on the balcony.
- We typically have 45 - 60 minutes of music. After the concert everyone is welcome to stick around, hang out and make friends.
- There's no food served nor smoking at LRCH.
- Many people will be sitting on cushions on the floor; please notify the organizer in advance if you have accessibility issues.
- As a courtesy to those on the waitlist, please update your RSVP if you have a change of plans.
For first time LRCH attendees
Please leave a contact number you can be reached with when you RSVP. After the organizer verifies your number by giving you a call, the address to the apartment will be sent to you through the Meetup messaging system. If the organizer cannot reach you on the phone, your spot might eventually go to those on the waitlist.
Welcome to LRCH
Come for the music, stay for the nicest group of folks in town:)
