About us
**Do turn off unnecessary email notifications!
This is YOUR group, as an Organizer (you can step down!) you're welcome to share/host anything vegan-friendly; please buy vegan options at events. Visiting a venue, and fancy some possible company, make it a Meetup!
We've members from Worcester Park (WPveg), Kingston & Richmond (KRV), East (ESveg), North (VoNS) and Twickenham & North (TWandKTveg) Surrey groups, Yogific yoga & vegan fairs, and Croydon (CVS), Guildford (GVS) and University of Surrey (UniSveg) Veg Societies, amongst many others.
You can check our Calendar/Help on Finding an event, even Google events, and add links to your personal/professional social media.
I hope you enjoy the group, if you do please tell your friends, if you don't please tell me!
P.S. A BIG thank you to Drummond, for 'hosting' us under his spare group.
P.P.S. It's always worth joining waitlists (info), in case guests drop out.

Bishopsgate: Vegan Children Visit Capital
N.B. Please DO NOT ANNOUNCE, whilst we plan this event; ignore the date, you can't create a Meetup without one!
Please RSVP/join waitlist (inc. child +1s) without obligation at this point; first come first served!
Join us for a vegan kids' (Satur)day in London, visiting its highest FREE viewing point Horizon 22 (map), before heading back down to earth for lunch nearby (Livi's guide to Spitalfields), or a picnic at no-kill Spitalfields City Farm (map|video).
Horizon's weekend group booking is max 14, but The Lookout (map) is right next door, so could have two groups; I'll investigate that's max booking.
Later, e.g. Weavers Fields Playground is a short(ish) walk away; if the weather's dry ;-)

Woolwich: Weekly FoodCycle FREE Lunch
Woolwich Common Community Centre, 17 Leslie Smith Square, London, GBThey say there's no such thing as a free lunch, but they're wrong!

Stockwell: Brew & Being × Moonstruck
Moonstruck Cafe, 153 S Lambeth Road,, London, GBHosted by Angel (Being|Joyful London), in collaboration with Moonstruck Cafe (map), Brew & Being (tickets) is a small evening built around one question.
This time, the question is in three parts:
- What's actually a priority for you right now?
- What have you done about it?
- Where do you think it'll take you?
We move through three coffees and a pot of Chinese tea, with rose Basque cheesecake at the end. Each part of the question gets its own piece of the evening to settle into.
For people who've been turning a priority question over in their head for weeks. Bring it to the table. The kind of evening you leave a little quieter than you came in.The evening:
- 7:00 PM - Doors open.
- 7:10 PM - First coffee. Naming what's at the centre right now.
- 7:30 PM - A moment of quiet.
- 7:35 PM - Chinese tea. What you've done about it.
- 8:20 PM - Homemade vegan Rose Basque cheesecake. Where it might be taking you.
- 8:50 PM - A short close. One thing to carry into the week.
Tickets include: coffees, hand-brewed Chinese tea, and vegan rose Basque cheesecake.
Capacity: 15 guests. Small on purpose.1 attendee
