Anyone who is interested in cybersecurity and penetration testing should join this group. The purpose of the meet up is to meet other infosec enthusiasts, discuss, exchange knowledge regarding cybersecurity, hack machines from Hack The Box dedicated to this gathering and enjoy.
Hack The Box is an online cybersecurity training platform allowing individuals and corporate teams to level up their penetration testing skills through a fully gamified and immersive environment.
Over 150 constantly updated virtual labs, real-world scenario simulation and CTF-style challenges, all part of a massively growing cybersecurity community where professionals exchange ideas and obtain an all-around hacking mindset, while companies can train their employees and find top talent.

We'll be working on an active box as a group. Once the meeting starts, we'll be in the "meetup" voice channel on the Discord server (see meeting link).
Our overall goal is to learn, whether that means learning to exploit new vulnerabilities, developing our methodologies or figuring out how to use our tools a little better. We will do our best to walk through and explain what we are doing.
All levels of experience are welcome.
Be sure you have your computer loaded with the needed security tools (or Kali/Parrot/etc.) to participate. Also, please confirm you're able to VPN in to the Machines area of your Hack the Box account. If neither of those requests make sense, take a look at this guide: https://github.com/slr01/htb
