"Redefine Possible" is a bold declaration that challenges the boundaries of what technology can achieve and reimagines who shapes its future.
We stand at a pivotal moment where AI is transforming our world—bringing unprecedented opportunities but also risking the amplification of gender biases and systemic barriers. As artificial intelligence becomes woven into society, we believe that women are not just participating in its development—they're revolutionizing it, breaking conventions, and expanding the horizons of what technology can and should be.
The future of technology isn't predetermined— it is something we actively shape. What seems impossible today becomes tomorrow’s reality when we dare to challenge it.
How will you "Redefine Possible" this International Women's Day?9:30 AM - 10:30 AM - Enter the Labyrinth
The design of the labyrinth was inspired by 2nd Century BCE Romans and would be commonly found on pottery, tablets, and tiles. The labyrinths were built wherever they settled, which was in North America and Europe. These labyrinths may seem quite similar to mazes but they have one main difference: mazes have multiple incorrect routes while labyrinths only have a singular path. This means there is no worry about potentially getting lost!
An amazing quality of the labyrinth is that it can be used for relaxation and meditation purposes. Due to the fact that labyrinths don’t have multiple routes, you won’t feel the stress of getting lost. It can allow you to relax for those that struggle with sitting meditations. Just walk the path and take in your surroundings. The Labyrinth can be the relaxation break you need!10:30 - 11:00 AM - Introduction & Building Violet's Garage with ChatGPT and Gemini

12:00 - 12:45 PM - Lunch & Networking 12:45 - 1:30 PM The Future is Immersive - Brian Collins
his presentation takes us 10 years into the future. The Metaverse is common and used throughout society--not something "new" that people are talking about. What's next then? How will AI, super-computing, robotics, XR, and more evolve to turn the Metaverse into the "Immersiverse"--a truly immersive experience that will open doors for developers in ways they can't imagine. Be careful what you wish for!1:30 - 2:15 PM - That's MY Chair - Odette Garcia “That’s MY Chair” is a 45-minute interactive keynote that challenges the myth of scarcity among women in leadership. It unpacks the societal conditioning that pits women against each other and replaces it with a message of abundance, allyship, and action. Through real data, powerful storytelling, and an unforgettable live activity, attendees will explore how tokenism and systemic exclusion fuel unhealthy competition—and how to rewrite that narrative. Participants leave with clear, actionable strategies to support and uplift other women, while embracing the truth: there is no limit to the number of seats—only to the belief that we must fight for just one.2:00 PM - Prizes & Wrap-Up
