🎤 Rodrigo Afanador: Rodrigo, originally from Bogotá Colombia and now rooted in Asheville, brings over a decade of real estate experience and a passion for community to everything he does. As a former CREIA president, co-founder of AVL Meetup, and active partner with Homeward Bound, he’s committed to making a lasting impact beyond the business. When he’s not managing properties with the Vesta Property Management team, you’ll find him chasing adventures—and his two wild boys—in the mountains with his wife.🎤 Carla Barnard: Carla, a former commercial real estate attorney in London with a degree from Oxford, has deep expertise in real estate finance, development, and renewable energy deals. Since moving to Asheville in 2013, she’s brought that knowledge to her role as Broker In Charge at Likewise Commercial, working with investors, businesses, and nonprofits across the region. Passionate about community, Carla supports local nonprofits, serves on the Buncombe County Board of Adjustment, and enjoys time with her family and dog, Frank.
🎤Michael Outar: Michael is the owner of Moleo Capital Holdings, Inc., where he focuses on building and self-managing long-term rental properties, including duplexes and multifamily homes. Starting with no real estate experience, he became a licensed general contractor in 2017 and has since expanded into self-storage and plans for a cottage community in Asheville. Outside of work, he’s active in his church and enjoys quality time with his wife and kids.
