Change is hard. Many organizations do not excel when under change. And yet, adapting quickly to changing conditions is a key competitive advantage for organizations today. Think back to the last change your organization made. Chances are it was more time-consuming and costly than initially anticipated and led to costly resistance in the organization. Brock Argue
Brock Argue takes a holistic approach to agility – recognizing that all aspects of the business benefit from the application of agile values and principles. His style of facilitation creates an environment in which high-performing organizations can emerge. Brock’s work includes agile transformations at Digital Oilfield, ADP, Benevity and Suncor. As a dedicated volunteer with the Scrum Alliance, Brock seeks to support the ongoing development of coaches as they seek to transform the world of work. Brock is a Certified Enterprise Coach℠ (CEC) and Certified Team Coach℠ (CTC) through the Scrum Alliance and has received professional coach training through ICAgile, CRR Global and the Vertical Development Academy.

Lukas Klose
Since adopting agility at Electronic Arts in 2012, Lukas Klose has been helping organizations all over North America to unleash the power of their workforce. Since then he has worked as an agile coach and trainer with a wide array of enterprises like Royal Bank of Canada, HSBC, BCAA, BestBuy, Standard Insurance, WorksafeBC, and Industrial Alliance, leading organizational transformations to success.
Lukas helped build, and is an instructor for the Agile Leadership Program at UBC’s Sauder School of Business , instructing over a hundred practitioners per year. He teaches classes covering everything from foundational understanding of agility to leadership skills, Product Managementd helpe, Scrum Mastering, Kanban, and Lean/agile Portfolio Management.
