Levers of Change

Change is hard. Many organizations do not excel when under change. And yet, adapting quickly to changing conditions is a key competitive advantage for organizations today. Brock Argue

Brock is a Certified Enterprise Coach℠ (CEC) and Certified Team Coach℠ (CTC) through the Scrum Alliance and has received professional coach training through ICAgile, CRR Global and the Vertical Development Academy.

Lukas Klose
Since adopting agility at Electronic Arts in 2012, Lukas Klose has been helping organizations all over North America to unleash the power of their workforce. Since then he has worked as an agile coach and trainer with a wide array of enterprises like Royal Bank of Canada, HSBC, BCAA, BestBuy, Standard Insurance, WorksafeBC, and Industrial Alliance, leading organizational transformations to success.

Lukas helped build, and is an instructor for the Agile Leadership Program at UBC’s Sauder School of Business , instructing over a hundred practitioners per year. He teaches classes covering everything from foundational understanding of agility to leadership skills, Product Managementd helpe, Scrum Mastering, Kanban, and Lean/agile Portfolio Management.
