A Higher Plane-Tools for Spiritual Living

Just Breathe is a free meditation group for all everyone hosted by A Higher Plane and facilitated by Patrick Stoltenberg. This group is meant to build community and is focused on incorporating concepts of breathwork and meditation.

This spring A Higher Plane is hosting its 5th annual expo, Zenfest.! This is an opportunity to meet inspirational speakers, attend insightful workshops, have unique and immersive experiences, connect and find community, and gain practical tools to support your journey to wellness.
This event is a two day, multi-exhibitor holistic event focused on wellness of mind, body and spirit. A Higher Plane hosts businesses and vendors that might be interested in bringing their services to Grand Island for a few days!
This event showcases wonderful vendors sharing amazing modalities such as: holistic practices, energy modalities, aura photography, intuitively guided readings, spiritual guidance and mentoring, mediumship, sound therapies, astrology, numerology, artisanal, local and green products, henna body art, handmade and finely crafted crystal jewelry, crystals and gemstones, and give-aways!

This will be the best one yet, you won’t want to miss it!
There will be free workshops throughout the day that you will not want to miss! Stay tuned for the schedule coming up!

This is a free group created by the women of the AHP community! We meet in-person every Monday night at 7pm in our new meditation space, and this online group is where we continue our conversations and post any announcements.

We discuss spirituality, soul care, creative parenting, the metaphysical, mindfulness, and everything in between!
There are no fees, no affiliation with any religious or political parties, just a group of women who want to connect with other women!

We simply ask that you be respectful of others (and yourself!), be responsible with your words (typed words especially!), and come to the table with an open heart!
