ABOUT THE EVENT

DC International Cultural Fashion Show, which will take place at the iconic Mayflower Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott; will highlight high couture fashion designers from around the world to promote international cultural awareness in the DC community. Designers from Indonesia, Bolivia, Ghana, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Russia, and Uzbekistan will be presenting their collections. We have a diverse group of cultures and communities coming together. These passionate designers are sharing their culture stories weaved in the fabrics for all to see during the runway show. Experience the breathtaking fashion from the designers. Guests will fill the night with a selection of delightful hors-d’oeuvres, open bar, music, art and entertainment while sipping and mingling with some of the most influential VIPs and socialites from the DC area and around the world.

It has nine amazingly talented designers from eight countries bringing beautiful style, color, and culture to the runway. This event will be packed with performances, music, dancing and of course delightful hors-d'oeuvres and drink (open bar for VIP ticket holders and two drink tickets for general!).

Guests to be immersed in the many wonderful facets of the cultures represented. Get your VIP tickets for reserved seating next to the runway and share the experience with other VIP's and socialites around the Open Bar in the VIP section. General ticket holders start the night right with two drink tickets and socialize in the elegant State Ballroom.

Runway will span the East Room and State Ballroom for an elegant display of models and designs

Entertainment

Start the event with photo ops on the Red Carpet in the glamorous Mayflower promenade with a magnificent backdrop!

The party continues after the runway show as the DJ cranks it up with a grand party & dancing in the state room
Be dazzled by the live painting creatively capturing the evening on canvas

Enjoy many rounds of hors d'oeuvres catered by the Mayflower Hotel
VIP guests have open bar in the East Room
General guests are given two drink tickets to use in State Ballroom

DRESS CODE : Chic and Elegant. Guests are encouraged to dress their best.

Payment Instructions :

1. You should login from a PC to see the 'Pay Now' button, after RSVPing. Then hit the button.
2. Verify correct dollar amount for number of people you're paying for.
3. If you don't have a Paypal account, click "Pay with a Debit or Credit Card".
4. If you have a Paypal account, simply log in, and pay as you normally would via Paypal.

Refund and Ticket Resell Policy

All sales are final. We only refund the full amount, if the event is canceled. If it is rescheduled, we will send an email to ticket holders advising that. A full refund will be given to those that let us know within 2 calendar days of the update email, if you are unable to make it on the new date. No refunds will be given after that time.

However, you can sell your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend. Please, feel free to post in the comment box for the event, that you have a ticket for sale. Work out payment between yourselves, and have the seller only send the organizer a message letting us know the full name of the person taking your spot. You must let us know two hours before the RSVP close time, on the day of the event.
