Open House Roulette: We sometimes decide to open the venue to everyone at the very last minute, but ticketholders will be given priority access, so it is always best to get your ticket!

WHY JOIN WORLD CITIZENS?
Since 2012, we have organized London's most awesome meetups for the new-in-town, expats, travellers, third culture kids and all global people! We want to make socialising safe, genuine, culturally enriching and thought-provoking, and we plan many diverse activities, such as weekly gatherings, dining events, walks, trips, sports, debates and more fun.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

• Enter the ticket lottery at https://worldcitizenfridays.eventbrite.co.uk
• If you were successful, you will receive the secret location a few hours before the event (usually around 1pm-4pm).
• You can plan your travel in advance: the exact location will be a short walk (5-10 mins) away from the Meetup map pin.
• When you arrive at the venue, ask for "World Citizens" and show your ticket with your name to the host or the venue staff.
• Go to the table with the least number of people to create a great discussion!

3. Don't self-promote (no covert advertising)

COVID-19 law
Although lockdowns have eased, we want to meet in FULL COMPLIANCE with Covid-19 law. We will also continue to maintain social distancing and follow the "Rule of 6" when required. Please also make sure to follow any additional requirements of venues/locations we visit. We are a 100% volunteer group, so all participants are liable and responsible to cooperate with our community guidelines. Rule-breakers and troublemakers will be removed. You risk being reported for breaking the law if you do not cooperate in following COVID-19 rules!

• Who is this for? -
  Everybody! Anybody! At World Citizens you can find a mixture of international people, living in - or around - London. Here you can speak whatever language you want, be as quiet as a mouse, drink anything from tap water to jet fuel… there is no script to follow!

  If you want to be part of the organizational team, we are always looking for committed people to keep the whole thing afloat. We do the best we can, considering we also have full time jobs and organize all this for free and on a voluntary basis.
