Womyn Drumming

This drumming group promotes women drumming by organizing drum workshops, drum circles, and drumming at social justice events.  The main meetup is a women's drum circle that is open to all levels, and we have a small performance group of a few experienced drummers. Anyone can join our social justice events!  A core group of women drummers, from the Batucada Belles, play at the social justice events....and we welcome women who will play with us walk with us and dance with us.  Opportunities to learn to drum, and opportunities to play at social justice events in the Boston area is promoted on this meetup.
