About us
A space for thoughtful women who want to explore relationships, purpose, and well-being in a grounded, supportive way.
Our gatherings blend guided discussion with a restorative practice, such as yoga, acupuncture, meditation and reflective exercises to balance your nervous system, develop emotion regulation and build mental resilience.
These workshops are part of a wider series designed to support your personal journey of positive mental and physical health. The tools and practices offered create a framework through which you can cultivate your wellbeing. As this sense of alignment develops, Corinna offers a tailored matchmaking service for women who feel ready to form a grounded and fulfilling relationship with a man.
Office based on the Biomedical Campus at University of Cambridge for assessments and one-to-one sessions. Group sessions take place at St Martin's
