STLRuby is free and open to all - you don't even have to be a developer. If you have an interest in Ruby then this is the place to be. We have beginners to experts. We even have the occasional designer who tries to tell us how awesome php is. We don't even all love Ruby all the time.
So beginner, expert, designer, or Ruby hater, we will still welcome you for some code talk and community. Psst, we may even talk about design a little.
