Multi-Gong Meditation--Unique Saturday Sound Bath!

Join us in the comfortable Garden City Chamber Room for a very special Gong Bath Meditation intended especially for gong lovers! Today's musicians are Ev Hadden, Gordon & Debby Rosenberg, and Christian and Kara Gillette.

Gongs are a powerful supportive tool for meditation and can lead to a desired state of 'empty mind'. Gongs provide an auditory experience characterized by overtone harmonics and binaural effects. The unique quality of these sounds bypasses the thinking mind on a physical level, facilitating the release of mental forms. This opens the door to the exploration of deeper states of coherent awareness.

Remember the 12 noon start for all our Saturday Sound Baths at Garden City's comfortable and spacious Chamber Room. You will want to come early for best choice of seating or floor space! Here's the event timing:

• Doors Open - 11:30 am
• Welcome & Announcements - 12:00 pm
• Doors Closed & Music Begins - 12:15 pm
• Music Ends & Social - 1:15 pm
• Room Vacated - 1:45 pm

RSVP: Add your friends as guests and share the gift! We draw people from various sources and average 40-50 attendees. We have plenty of chairs and floor space.

FYI:

• Arrive early so you're ready to relax when we start promptly. Our regular attendees are usually settled on time and have asked that latecomers not disturb them. Thank you for accommodating their request.
• If you wish to lie down, bring a mat, pillow, blanket, whatever you need to be comfortable.
• Chairs are provided or you may bring your own folding one. If you tend to fall asleep when lying down, please choose to sit instead.
• Attend often, the more consistently you experience our specialized sounds, the more beneficial they will be for you. Consistent attendees often tell us how well it's working for them.
• We record each event and post within a day at our media archive site where you may listen online or download free for your own use (link will be posted in comments here).
• By donation cash or venmo @Gordon-Rosenberg-3. This event is offered without door charge (you may attend for free), and we accept donations from those who can help. The space is provided to us, but we are not paid for our services. We appreciate your support!
