The foundation of our practice is to come together, as a community of like-minded beings. To practice together, while we journey on our own paths. To Heal Honestly and to Accept Radically, wherever we are on the path of life. Acknowledging all the aspects of Deep Healing and holding Safe Space for All Souls to Heal Together.
Classes can include physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual work. By integrating all aspects, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependence of all these aspects, as well as the importance of combining practices for personal health and wellbeing.

Class begins with palo santo smudge and breathwork. You are invited to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Sounds consist of bowls, various chimes, drums and other healing instruments.
This is a great opportunity to simply rest, relax, and give yourself the gift of restoration and healing, a reset by way of sound vibration.
Yoga mats, blankets and pillows are lovingly provided, you may bring an eye mask if you like. Please take into account the weather and dress comfortably.
