The foundation of our practice is to come together, as a community of like-minded beings. To practice together, while we journey on our own paths. To Heal Honestly and to Accept Radically, wherever we are on the path of life. Acknowledging all the aspects of Deep Healing and holding Safe Space for All Souls to Heal Together.
Classes can include physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual work. By integrating all aspects, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependence of all these aspects, as well as the importance of combining practices for personal health and wellbeing.

Under open sky and the Full Moon, surrounded by the calming energy of the water, graced by the setting of the Sun... Allow the harmonizing frequencies to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. âEvent is 7pm, please plan ahead for parking.
âParking: Left at the stop sign, park in the lot next to the bathroom. Do NOT park in the lot near the coffee shop as time is limited.
âWeather: Dress warm as it WILL be cool. Bring an eye mask if you would like to. Blankets for laying on Are provided, as well as a few cover blankets. Please bring any pillows or extra blankets you want to bring.
