What we’re about
Welcome! I'm so glad you found us... Welcome to our community. Our group is alive and well and growing by leaps and bounds. We host both online and live events, mostly but not exclusively in the Orange County area.
As of 2022, I am leading transformational groups to Greece in September and once in Costa Rica in June. Please check out my travel website at lesbiangetaways.com for trip info. I would love it if you joined the mailing list. This separates out our special announcements from all the other meetup emails which can be overwhelming at times. The occasional emails will come from Lesbian Getaways.
I have been so touched by the intimacy and connections that are being created ongoingly through our group interactions. Lots of close friendships and circles have been made and yes, even some romance! I try to mix it up and keep it interesting and I’m always open to new ideas and feedback. My commitment to every member is that there are no "outsiders" and all folks that identify as a woman loving women are welcome. I believe that the experience of feeling welcome and included is palpable in our group events whether live or on Zoom.

West Coast Swing Dance Lessons @ Atomic Ballroom
Atomic Ballroom Dance Center, 17961 Sky Park Cir Ste C, Irvine, CA, USIt was so fun last time that we are doing it again! This time, West Coast Swing! There was a fantastic turnout for Country 2-Step class and by popular demand, a next class is here for us.
WATCH TWO WOMEN DANCING WEST COAST SWING!
The six week series costs $120 and you must pay for the entire series up front. If you miss a class, sorry. There will be a video at the end of each class and we can send it to you so you can make up the new moves and be ready for the following class.
Sometimes, we go out to dinner afterwards as well.

PLEASE, ONLY RSVP IF YOU ALREADY PURCHASED YOUR TICKETS OR PLAN TO RIGHT NOW! Entrance to the first class will be taken from the list of purchased tickets.
PLEASE NOTE: This class is on Thursday nights- Please arrive for the first class at 6pm and try not to be late! It can be hard to find the ballroom for the first time. It is facing RED HILL. There is no entrance from Red Hill so you have to enter from the side or back and wind your way forward towards Red Hill and the row of parked cars. Allow extra time if you have never been before.

Dancing and Mingling at Knolls!
Knolls Restaurant, 29971 Alicia Pkwy, Laguna Niguel , CA, US### WE ARE RETURNING TO THE KNOLLS FOR MORE DANCING, CHATTING, AND DINING AT A FANTASTIC PLACE!
The Knolls is a wonderful venue for music, dancing, great atmosphere, and excellent food and drinks. Beyond all that, there’s no cover charge and we have our own private lounge (behind curtains) right off the dance floor — full of tables, chairs, couches, and best of all, ambiance.
Band name will be announced on November 1st.Music starts at 6:00 PM, and we’ll arrive at 5:30 PM to mingle, chat, and order dinner and drinks. You can arrive anytime after 5:30.
Important: If you RSVP, please plan to attend — we’ll be counting on having enough women to hold our private space. It’s Jody’s birthday weekend so please join us in beginning to celebrate. She has requested no gifts. There will be a little table set up with a card for everyone to sign. Let’s make her birthday extra fun and full of the same enthusiasm she brings to all of the SMWSLT events.
