Welcome to the debut session of a new, monthly exploration of narrative-driven games! We'll be facilitating group playalongs of visual novels, choose-your-own-adventure, point-and-click puzzle solvers, and other genres of interactive fiction that focus on character and story.
These playalongs are expected to be experienced without prior knowledge of the selected game, so if you are already an established fan, please help maintain a spoiler-free environment for others :)
Selections will prioritize games that can be meaningfully experienced or completed in 2 - 3 hours, and include puzzle-solving, decision-making, or other mechanics that inspire group participation.
These genres also often invite opportunities for folks to share their skills in narration and character acting for those who are excited to do so!
