Robots In Space!

Most engineers love to talk about space. But what is really different about 'space engineering'? How can you get started thinking about the specific market and technical needs of space-related projects? Come enjoy an interactive presentation and discussion lead by Buzz M. Ross, one of the original engineers on the Surveyor project, a pre-Appollo vehicle designed to gather information from the Moon. Learn and discuss how robotics have changed since the 1960's - as well as what today's robotics space challenges are. Opportunity to ask questions or give a brief intro of yourself, project or company.

Light refreshments. All ages. Space is limited. RSVP required.
