In the discovery process product managers can use multiple techniques. Two of them are personas and user stories. In his presentation Laci will share learnings of other methods, such as Job Models and Design Sprints. These techniques are challenging the usefulness of personas and user stories and add a new perspective which every product guy can consider to use as an alternative in the discovery process.

Large organisations are tough. Tamás will talk about the split between classic product management and disruptive innovation. He will tell the story of the rise of LABS department, share the results and lessons learned at IND/MYSIS.
