This workshop offers a hands-on guide to calibrating, connecting, and synchronizing a virtual camera with a real-world camera using the Vive Mars CamTrack system and Unreal Engine.

* **Virtual Production intro:** Quick intro/discussion into the world of virtual production and LED walls.
* **System setup:** Connect the Vive Mars hub, Base Stations, and Rover unit, and establish the network connection to your PC.
* **Unreal Engine integration:** Add Vive Mars as a Live Link source and ensure tracking data is being received reliably.
* **Camera and lens calibration:**
* Learn how to use the Mars Calibration Kit and accompanying Camera Calibration Tool to capture lens distortion.
* Create a reusable lens file asset within Unreal Engine based on your captured data.
* Calibrate the crucial nodal point offset for accurate parallax.
* **Workflow optimization:** Master essential tips and tricks for reducing latency, performing a one-click origin reset, and maintaining a robust connection.
* **Advanced features:** Explore how to integrate lens encoder data (FIZ) for enhanced real-time control
