Teacher Bio:
My name is Sandra, I am 49 years old, I have a 13-year-old son, I work part-time in a retail store, and I live with my parents. I love to enjoy life, and I am grateful for all the opportunities that have come up, and I like to challenge myself by trying new things.

This class is perfect for all people who are looking to relax and stretch the physical body, as well as relax the mind through meditation and breath work.
