Teacher Bio:
Janet is passionate about Yoga, Ayurveda and holistic health. She is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) and Ayurvedic wellness educator. She received her yoga teacher training certification from the Yoga Vidya School based in India. Janet’s yoga classes offer a safe space for you to connect with your inner self, release stagnant energy from your body and breathe a little deeper. Janet began practicing yoga in 2003 and is grateful for her practice due to its physical and mental benefits, as well as the joy it brings to her life.Class Description:
This class is perfect for all people who are looking to relax and stretch the physical body, as well as relax the mind through meditation and breath work. Restorative Yoga uses props and long hold times to open the body in a passive way. Class Description:
Join us on Wednesday evenings to prepare for a better night's sleep. Relax your muscles, calm your brain, and make space for breathing to begin the relaxation response. Beginning with breath-based mindful movement, we will end our time with supported (bring 2 pillows or yoga blankets) restorative poses...that will welcome you to a better night's sleep.Teachers Bio:
Rese’s interest in somatic and embodiment practices began with studies in massage and shiatsu therapy, cranial sacral therapy, reiki, dance/movement therapy and InterPlay leadership training. She has practiced as a massage therapist for more than 17 years and has enjoyed teaching basic massage to students of all majors at CSU Fresno since 2000. Her graduate work includes an MA in Culture and Creation Spirituality/Psychology and an MS in Counseling/Student Services.

Jhannyn is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, lifelong student of yoga, and dedicated practitioner of meditation for over 5 years. She completed her training through The Yoga Tree Coop, a program rooted in social justice, inclusivity, and accessibility — values that continue to shape her teaching and presence in the community. Her classes offer a slow, intentional flow that centers breath, body awareness, and choice. Jhannyn creates welcoming spaces where all bodies and identities are honored, and where yoga becomes a tool for healing, reconnection, and inner strength. She invites students to move at their own pace, listen deeply, and approach practice as both a personal and collective journey toward wholeness.

Start your day with a gentle, beginner-friendly flow that invites you to reconnect with your breath, body, and inner rhythm. We’ll move slowly and intentionally through simple vinyasa-style sequences, pausing for moments of stillness and grounding. Online Vipassana Meditation w/Stacey

Class Description: Please join for a fully guided meditation where you will come to understand the basics of practicing mindfulness, letting go and relaxing the body, releasing any stress or worry, and opening the heart and mind to the discovery of the mind/body process.
Bio: Stacey has been meditating and studying Buddhism for over 25 years. She has studied under some of the most prominent Buddhist scholars and Meditation masters in both the Ch'an (Zen) and Theravada tradition and has traveled and lived in Myanmar and Sri Lanka to further her knowledge and practice. Stacey has been teaching meditation since 2018 and started leading retreats in person and online since 2021. Stacey started the organization Mobile Community Meditation Center aka Buddhist Boondockers and has brought her teachings to those living on the road, in nature and off the grid. She's been invited to lead guided meditation at festivals including Skooliepalooza, Spirit Fest, Van Pride, Gypsy Minstrel Caravan, A Roam of Ones Own, Tiny Fest and more. Stacey is an extremely dedicated practitioner, and nothing gives her more pleasure than sharing what she's spent decades learning with others.
