I currently teach gentle flow, and vinyasa style, but I have also previously taught chair yoga. I first started practicing in 2015 with curiosity and to better cope with stress during my freshman year in college. Based on my personal experience, I learned how yoga and mindfulness play a huge role in feeling grounded and anchored in my life. Yoga has helped me navigate through my life as I found a way to cope with uncertainty and anxiety. All levels are welcome to join my classes, and I hope to see you on the mat!

Vinyasa based class focused on breathwork, body alignment and asanas to boost our essential mind/body connection. This inclusive class allows you to calm the mind and focus on the strength of your breath and body, moving from an opening meditation and warm up, building into a flow and deeper into specific asanas completing with total relaxation. Great class for all levels from beginner to advanced.
Kirstin received her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification at Zuna Yoga in Bali, Indonesia. She has been practicing yoga since 2004 and has learned the importance of yoga in cultivating balance, strength, and overall well-being. She loves sharing her knowledge and practice with others, especially those who are new to yoga. Kirstin loves teaching the Heal One World community and empowering her students to achieve their own greatness.
