Fireside chat with Benedict Evans, to discuss what matters in tech? What’s going on, what might it mean, and what will happen next...

Back in February 2020, we welcomed Benedict Evans to our last in-person LNETM before the pandemic. Over two year later, we thought it would be fitting to invite Benedict back to speak again for our first in-person LNETM since then.

Benedict will give us an overview of his latest research, in addition to his perspectives on the evolution of European tech and how the tech game has changed in the wake of the pandemic.

Benedict has spent 20 years analysing mobile, media and technology, and worked in equity research, strategy, consulting and venture capital. He is now an independent analyst. Mostly, that means trying to work out what questions to ask. He writes essays about things he's trying to understand, and a weekly newsletter with over 170,000 subscribers, and gives presentations pulling together these ideas.

There will also be two demo flash talk slots - to be confirmed shortly.
We're excited that this will be an in-person event, hosted at the London Stock Exchange.
