Let's end Summer with a bang and have fun at our quarterly furbowl! When Furballs Strike 58 has been booked for Saturday, August 29! The theme is "Wags To Riches" celebrating dogs, cats and all our 4-legged friends that bring joy to our lives. As always we have some great giveaways for our attendees and many themed items in our prize raffle.

Our Ultrasponsor gift is one of the nicest ones we've ever given away - a Lattice Paw Pet Bin! Measuring 12x15x15" and made from thick, durable polyester, it will hold all your pet toys/supplies or anything else (up to 20lbs) you can fit inside, and is fully collapsible for easy storage! (see album photo)

We have 84 available, so pre-register early to make sure you don't miss out on that giveaway! We have two alternate Ultrasponsor gift options instead of the pet bin: the WFS Logo Sport Bottle or you can just take 5 bonus raffle tickets (20 total). If you want either of those options please mention it in your pre-reg notes.

We also have a special gift just for WFS 58, a customized pawprint pet tag engraved with "WFS 58 Rags to Riches" to commemorate our event. These will be available for our Ultra and Supersponsors at the check-in table with the pens, magnets and coasters while supplies last!

CHARITY AUCTION

UPDATE: The Charity Auction to benefit Dog Gone Seattle will be postponed to WFS 59 in November due to several factors including anticipated turnout, and allowing more time to procure valuable auction items to raise the most money possible for the charity. Thanks for your understanding!

- What name you want for the bowling score screen (this will also be your check-in name)
- Your Telegram handle (for confirmation or questions about your pre-reg, otherwise I will confirm through the app's messaging system)
- If you are bowling in a group, please list ALL of your group members so there is no confusion after the pre-reg lanes fill up. All group members must pre-register.

You may pay for multiple people on the same pre-reg (this is encouraged), just be sure everyone's info is in the notes, and what level reg everyone is getting is clearly noted.

We have been close to selling out of lanes the last several meets so we will be putting up to 6 bowlers per lane, and all lanes will have a minimum of 5 bowlers.

If you pre-reg, there will two separate, much faster-moving lines where you quickly pick up your raffle tickets, gifts and lane assignment. Pre-Reg closes at 11:59pm on Tuesday, August 25. Do not send payments in after the cutoff as you will still have to go to the at-event reg line.

FURSUIT CHANGING/GROUP PHOTO

We have a dedicated room for fursuit changing/storage (behind the party room partition). Please be courteous to other attendees and only use this room if you need to, and try to space out usage so it doesn't overcrowd.

The fursuit group photo begins staging at 2pm before bowling starts. When setting up for the photo please let shorter fursuiters be in the front, and spread out side-to-side as much as possible since the photo is taken as a panoramic. Those in front must either sit or kneel.

2:00-2:15 - Fursuit Group Photo (usually in the middle of our assigned lanes, listen for announcement)

6:30pm - Group Dinner at The Burrow at Vulpine Taproom

PRIZE RAFFLE

There will be many amazing prizes for attendees to take home in our prize raffle which takes place in the Party Room after bowling.

Extra tickets may be purchased for $1 each (or $4 for 5) anytime during reg, and we will do last call after bowling ends. Raffle proceeds go towards costs of running the world's largest furbowl, prizes for the next WFS & our monthly dues for FurLife on Meetup.

WFS 58 DJ ANNOUNCEMENT

DJ Acronix will be making his WFS debut and spinning a great mix of Tech/Disco House during bowling! He has DJed at many cons including FWA, BLFC, FC and several local events.

GROUP DINNER!

We will be returning to The Burrow at Vulpine Taproom for a catered group dinner! The staff has arranged a delizioso Italian feast for us after bowling and the Charity Auction/Prize Raffle. Cost is $17 - Attendees must both RSVP on the WFS 58 Group Dinner Event Page and pre-pay to reserve a ticket.

NOTE: Due to limited available seating, this event is capped at 40 attendees (20 for 6:15 seating and 20 for 7pm). The RSVP list for both timeslots will be continually updated on the Event page so everyone knows how many spots are left.

FOOD

Kenmore Lanes has a full restaurant and bar for us to order from at our leisure. Please do not bring in any outside food or drink as this is against Kenmore's house policies. Things like bottled water/sport drinks kept in the party room for our fursuiters is fine and encouraged.

The When Furballs Strike 58 Group Dinner has been booked, and we are excited to announce that we have once again partnered with Vulpine Taproom to bring you an Italian Feast (Furry Famiglia Festa), our post-WFS group meal! It will be located inside the Burrow, the coffee shop attached to Vulpine, with an amazing pre-set (prix fixe) menu. Cost of the dinner will be just $17 - feel free to send the dinner entry and WFS 58 bowling pre-reg payments together if you're attending both!

Please note the meal will be served in two shifts, Timeslot 1 (6:00pm) and Timeslot 2 (7:00pm) with 20 tickets available per shift due to available seating. Please get in line at the start time of the timeslot on your ticket, and be ready to show your digital ticket to the server before placing your order.

Vulpine owner Iku Fox and his team have crafted a unique and delizioso Italian menu for this event! The dinner comes an antipasto (appetizer of choice), pasta, either Meatball or Eggplant Parmesan, and panna cotta for dessert!

Please note EVERYTHING is homemade, from the meatballs to the sauce and even the Panna Cotta!

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

To purchase your ticket for the Furry Family Feast, send the $17 payment to Kijani via Venmo or Paypal (use Friends & Family option) and in the Additional Info box, please write FEAST and include the following information:

- Your Telegram handle (or email) so we can send your digital Feast ticket
- The name you would like to use for check-in
- Your preferred timeslot (6pm or 7pm).

A list of paid attendees will continually be updated here on the Event Page, and this list will be given to staff prior to the event. Only those on the RSVP list will be allowed entry to the service area of the Burrow. Please note, if you pre-pay but cannot attend, registrations are transferable - please let @kijani_lion know on Telegram or by DMing on Meetup so he can adjust the list prior to the event!

Additional note from Iku Fox, owner of Vulpine Taproom: From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, The Burrow will be reserved exclusively for guests who are on the RSVP guest list for Luau at the Burrow. Due to limited seating, only paid guests will be permitted in the space during this time. Paid guests under 21 are welcome to join the Luau until 8pm (must stay in the Burrow). Vulpine Taproom will remain open for regular service, and guests not on the RSVP list are welcome to enjoy the main taproom until general seating reopens at 8 PM.

Here’s what to expect:
6:00 PM (Timeslot 1) – Check-in at The Burrow counter with your party, please show the server your digital ticket with your name and timeslot. Food will be served on a first-come, first-served basis. Please vacate the seating area no later than 7pm, to allow everyone in Timeslot 2 to have a seat to enjoy their meal.

7:00 PM (Timeslot 2) – Check-in at The Burrow counter with your party, please show the server your digital ticket with your name and timeslot. Food will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.

6:00–8:00 PM – Exclusive access to The Burrow for paid dinner guests only. Seating is open, so we encourage sharing tables and making new connections!

Dinner guests can order both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from Vulpine to enjoy with their meal.

8:00 PM onward – The Burrow opens for general seating and the 21+ age restriction is enforced. Luau guests 21+ are still welcome to stay and mingle!

This first meetup will be more ad-hoc until I get solid numbers to reserve the party room. This meet will be more of a social eat and chat, and there are some arcade games/pinball machines in the party room.

Each person will be responsible for their own meal.
