The Toulouse Speakers Club can help you achieve your goals, using the Toastmasters system.
If you speak English, join us and attend one meeting of the newly created English speaking club: ''Toulouse Speakers Club''.
In this meeting all in English you will listen to speeches in English and perhaps try an impromptu speech if you want to participate.
There will also be breaks to give you the opportunity to converse in English with other people.
