The Grenada Trip will officially be Oct 11 to Oct 18, but we have the flexibility to go in early and stay late due to the nature of this resort. I plan to fly in Friday the 10th as air is about half as much and i may fly out on Sunday the 19th. Keep in mind that Monday Oct 13 is a holiday, so you would only burn 5 days of vacation with this plan. But everyone can make thier own schedule. i can make your air reservations, but if i do you are on my schedule as described
we can discuss each person's travel dates, costs, and start to get an idea of the group size.l, etc
We will be at True Blue Bay Boutique Resort which is absokutely stunnung and diving with Aquanauts, who are located on site and have docks at the resort.
If you have a significant other (or even a not so significant other) who does not dive, THIS is the trip to bring them. The resort has a beautiful infinity pool, an on-site chocolate factory and an on-site spa.
If you are a single diver, we can put you in a room by yourself @ the single rate, or pair you up with one or two more to get the double or tripple rate
For the divers, we will get a mix of reefs and wrecks, including the Bianca C, which is the only cruise liner sunk in recreational limits im aware of in the Carribean, Gulf, or this side of the Atlantic. If you are a Tech diver, we have opportunitirs if you have other Tech divers with you
Grenada is outside the Hurricane Belt, so we should not have to worry about them.
ill have a full presentation on Thursday. in the meeting ill be polling for what people want to do: more wrecks or reefs, morning only or afternoon too, night dives, meal plan or go exploring for dinner, how many times are we going to visit the chocolate factory, etc.
looking forward to chatting with everyone and diving with you. We will have subsequent information sessions on the trip in upcomming weeks, but this will be the planning session if you want to have more input also.
