Welcome, people of Grenoble and surrounding mountains,
My name is Lily, a musician/sound designer and certified Yoga instructor.
I'm truly fascinated by how deep, conscious breathing can heal and transform our state of being, as most of us have forgotten how to breathe due to fast paced lives riddled with chronic stress. But we can all learn again - as our inner child knows - how to be and enjoy being in the present moment. This is what I'd love to share with you in this group!
In my classes you will :
• Ground your body & mind through the ancient breathing technique of *Pranayama*
• Ignite the body & mind through dynamic Vinyasa, followed by deep restorative Yin.
• Connect to your Heart through these 3 unified practices.
So how and when do we meet ?
- Thursday evenings - 19:45 @ Ecole de Cheng Hsin d'Isère - 36 rue Parmentier.
What language is the class taught in ?
- English. But French and Franglais speakers all welcome :D

- All events are posted in the group, and you can sign up to any and as many as you like. The event description contains all desired information (payment, duration, recommendations etc.).

Lily is a certified RYT 200 Yoga teacher. She is cautious for your safety and always asks if participants have injuries or conditions to be made aware of before the session.
