Being Vegan

Are you curious in an gentle "non-argumentative" "non-judgmental" way about Vegan culture. This Meet-ups approach is one of community, openness & curiosity about what Vegan community can mean.

Are you already vegan, vegetarian or just curious about what social activities could be like in a formalized vegan social group. Then this is the group for you.

Discussions, education and public outreach, both in group meet up and in our online
actual "Science Scenarios" are discussed for “Vegan Futures” as applied to
Medicine, Culture, Art and Literature, and Global Culinary Resurgence and Growth.

Meet up activities focus on Veganism, and it's many potential influences; art, literature, lifestyle, culinary, social, environmental, climate considerations and more from a viewpoint of curiosity, education and humor.

Activities to include: "Gamer parties",
art circle and costume get togethers,
this is also about forming multi-generational social connections and building a stronger sense of community and network within the vegan community.

Moderator: T.J. Phoenix has 4 decades of SCA/SF Fandom sensibilities and has remained active in areas of botany, natural science, science fiction, art, op-ed and non-fiction.
