Philosophy Cafe - 1st Monday: Aristotle on Eudaimonia

Hi All, we are going to continue with the Philosophy Cafe open format with regular monthly meeting on the 1st Monday of each month, 7:00-9:00pm. So put it in your diary.

How it works: there will be a theme - this month it is "Aristotle on Eudaimonia". The theme will be introduced, briefly outlining some core ideas that we might want to consider. We then ask for suggestions for discussion related to the main theme from you, the participants. No homework or prior reading is necessary - just come prepared to be open-minded.

Everyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion The aim is not merely social but to gain an insight or learn something new by exploring each theme and considering the questions posed in a thoughtful and meaningfully way.

The venue is: The Three Stags, 67-69 Kennington Road, Lambeth North, London, SE1 7PZ, which serves fresh food, and has a nice private room upstairs.
