What is a Mastermind group?

A Mastermind group is a gathering of people who have come together for the purpose of sharing knowledge, insights and experience for the purpose of helping one another achieve common goals.

Why should You attend?

· Ideas and perspective –

In the Mastermind group, attendees share ideas and insights. Hearing of others challenges, success and even failures is crucial to your success. By attending, you will actively be able to ask questions and get answers!

· Feedback-

Whether you are stuck on how to market to find sellers or trying to figure out the numbers on a potential deal, getting feedback is important! Attending means that there are multiple pairs of eyes looking at the situation.

· Specialized Knowledge –

SacREIA’s Mastermind is attended by professionals and investors of all levels from beginning to advanced. Real estate is always changing, no matter how much you know, there is always more to learn. Even if you know your subject, there may be parts or areas that you simply need to know more.

· Networking and Support –

SacREIA’s Real Estate Mastermind was established so that investors can support one another by sharing their skills and knowledge. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses, and by sitting down and actually getting to know the person next to you rather than just picking up business cards, you will know whether or not this person complements your skill set. Also, everyone knows somebody, and the person sitting next you might know the one person that can help you with your next deal!

· Accountability –

One of the purposes and benefits of the Mastermind group is accountability. Just like having a jogging partner helps you to get out of bed to jog in the morning, returning attendees will be asked what they have done in the past 30 days to further their real estate business. This isn’t meant to be judgmental, just a kick in the butt to help you move in the right direction! J
