Makers seeking makers (all skill levels), partners, sponsors, volunteers, and other interested parties. A new 22,500-square-foot makerspace, PHOENIX FORGE, is available to the community in downtown Phoenix at 535 W. Van Buren. This community makerspace will provide the public and students with access to tools and equipment for metalworking, woodworking, rapid prototyping, electronics/robotics, jewelrymaking, and other forms of art and fabrication. GateWay Community College, on behalf of the Maricopa County Community College District, in partnership with Arizona State University, the City of Phoenix, The US Economic Development Administration, and APS, have built this makerspace so that you can unleash your inner artist, engineer, or entrepreneur and become part of a creative community.
