Multifamily Deal Analysis Workshop
presented by Omar RuizThis Live, In-Person Workshop involves helping attendees to look at actual multifamily deal listings that are active on the market. Together as a group we’ll gather the operational numbers to do a thorough analysis. We’ll go in depth into reading the financial statements of several properties to find opportunities for value and/or missing expenses. This workshop is limited seating to six people max.
Attendees are provided with an analysis worksheet to complete. We’ll use income and expense figures provided by listing brokers and sellers. We’ll review financials together as a group and scrutinize rents and income, as well as expenses to make sure all items are considered, and nothing missing.
We’ll go over financing guidelines, especially recent interest rate considerations to figure out mortgage payments. Attendees will learn what the lenders look for, so that they will finance your deal. After we have all our numbers, we’ll work together to calculate the Cash-On-Cash Return, Cap Rate and Return on Investment so that we can put in an offer.
Attendees will learn how to submit offers and proper things to consider when putting together an offer.

· 4-5 unit multifamily listing in Orange County CA
· 10 - 20 unit apartment listing in Orange County CA
· 50-70 unit apartment listing Out-of-SateThis workshop is good for people looking to start into multifamily properties and learn how to properly analyze the numbers on deals and submit offers. This workshop will increase your confidence when looking at multifamily properties to acquire.
