Phil Osborn will give a talk, “Why be Good?” which concerns the "good vs evil" question.
Phil Osborn, a member of the HAOC, received a physics degree in 1970. He also took courses in psychology and computer assisted decision theory in 1971. His career is diverse, including work with Montessori schools in South Carolina, non-sectarian home schooling activities, Free-lance Journalist, consultant for computer science education, and various other political/educational projects.
