September Program: Jim Stanbery speaking on International Treaties

Jim Stanbery, our speaker for our September 18th meeting, will be speaking on “International Treaties." He will assess their importance and ask whether they are the 'Law of the Land"? Jim is a professor of History and Political Science at Harbor College.
